When I list a property, I make a strong commitment to my sellers to work in their best interests at all times and get their property sold for the highest price, in the shortest timeline. Helping you prepare your home for sale and marketing are at the heart of how I represent my clients.


High quality photography is the best way to get buyers excited to walk through your property in person. When warranted, I also utilize drone photography to give the sense of place and location, as well as twilight photography to show your home in a stunning light.



Buyers need to be motivated to see your home in-person and one of the best ways to do that is through video. I include a video with each listing as an investment I make in your property. This video is posted on Vimeo so buyers can easily find this level of detail for your property.


Home Tour

Dynamic 3D virtual tours powered by Matterport create a dollhouse view of your home allowing potential buyers to "walk through" the property without physically entering the home. A great way to create active buyers!


Utilizing signage and curbside marketing is an important component of my marketing plan. When my for sale sign is in your yard, passers-by will know that you’re represented by an area specialist and that your home will be professionally presented.

Print Marketing

Buyers love to see visuals of your home and have something to take home with them. I create house flyers and special feature cards that highlight your home’s best features, and a home book with important details about the neighborhood. When warranted, I mail just listed cards that alert the neighbors and prospective buyers that your home is on the market.

Online Marketing

Most buyers start their home search online these days and it is important to be seen across the various platforms buyers may be using – on dozens of websites.

Social Media

I use the power of social media to get the word out about your listing. Your listing will be posted and advertised on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.


Open House

Open houses are the best way to get potential buyers - and even other brokers—in the door of your home. Seeing a home and its location in real life is sure to generate the most interest among potential buyers.
