Marketing Your Listing

I take a custom approach for each home that I list. Writing a compelling description, getting photos and 3D tour done, getting the print marketing ready, planning social media posts, scheduling open houses and more is a lot of work, but preparation is key to getting the most buyer eyes on your property right away! Offer Negotiations

I will help you evaluate offers that we receive from buyers. In the event there is opportunity to negotiate, I will put my win-win negotiating strategy to work, collaborating with all parties to find and end goal that meets your needs. My approach will depend on your wants and needs, the items we are negotiating about, and the market. As a Master Negotiation Expert, I love the opportunity to go to work and be your advocate.

The closing process can be a stressful time in a real estate transaction, but it doesn’t have to be!
